A NEW private educational establishment is to be set up in Hidd, under an agreement signed between the Finance and National Economy Ministry and Hawar International School.The deal was inked by assistant under-secretary for resources and information Noora Hassan Al Asam and Hawar International School chairman Mahmoud Abduljabbar Al Kooheji .
