THE prevalence of e-scooters and small motorbikes is growing.
Are there any rules regarding the use of these?
In Manama their use is increasing and, with the absence of any dedicated lanes to accommodate these and similar forms of transport, their riders are whizzing across roads and pavements (the latter can be very dangerous for pedestrians and since most internal roads do not have pavements they are even more of a hazard) .
