More than 10,000 people attended one of the largest iftar gatherings organised by the Kerala Muslim Cultural Centre Bahrain.
The ‘Grand Iftar’ held at the Indian School Bahrain premises in Isa Town was inaugurated by Indian Union Muslin League Kerala State president Panakkad Sayyid Thangal who spoke about Ramadan being a period for self-reflection and self-discovery, as well as a time to extend a helping hand to those in need .
