MUNICIPALITIES Affairs and Agriculture Minister Wael Al Mubarak met with Bahrain Society of Engineers president Dr Raida Al Alawi as part of his visit to the society’s headquarters.
The minister emphasised the society’s role in contributing to the kingdom’s development while highlighting the joint projects between the ministry and the society.
Mr Al Mubarak emphasised the society’s efforts to develop the skills of Bahraini engineering graduates.
The meeting also reviewed current and future joint projects and issues of common interests.
Dr Al Alawi highlighted the training initiatives offered by the society’s training centre, an accredited local and international training facility, as part of the commitment to advance Bahrain’s engineering sector.
Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture Ministry’s Municipalities Affairs Under-Secretary Shaikh Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Khalifa was present.
