THE number of illegal workers deported from Bahrain since the beginning of the year nears the 5,000 mark as a nation-wide crackdown on undocumented workers continues.Until September 21 this year, the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) conducted 35,937 inspection visits and 511 joint campaigns against labour law and residency law violators .
