A Gulf Air flight made an emergency landing in Kuwait shortly after departing from Bahrain en route to Istanbul. The diversion was prompted by a medical emergency involving a Bahraini citizen on board.
The affected passenger was immediately transported to a medical facility in Kuwait for urgent care.
