DARTS – Bahrain International Circuit (BIC), together with CBX and The Professional Darts Corporation (PDC), announced yesterday that teenage darts sensation Luke Littler will return to the kingdom on January 16 and 17 to defend his Bahrain Darts Masters title.
Reigning champion Littler is the first of eight PDC stars to be announced for January’s competition, which will comprise a 16-player field who will compete in the first World Series of Darts event of 2025 and the first tournament following the 2024-25 World Championship.
Eight PDC superstars are set to compete with eight Asian Representatives, which will also include two qualifiers from Bahrain.
Littler, nicknamed ‘The Nuke’, stormed to a famous victory on his World Series debut in Bahrain back in January, hitting a nine-darter during an historic event, following Michael Smith’s success in the inaugural Bahrain Darts Masters in 2023.
Littler has since gone on to win the Premier League, World Series of Darts Finals, and Grand Slam of Darts titles during an incredible debut year as a full-time professional, and will be highly fancied to retain his Bahrain Darts Masters title in January.
Tickets to this incredibly popular event are now on sale, with a limited-time 15 per cent Early Bird discount.
Tickets start from BD25.5 (after Early Bird discount) for a two-day pass, with premium seating – including stage-side tables – from just BD42.5 for two days after discount.
VIP hospitality is also available for the event. All ticket options are available online at bahraingp.com or by calling the BIC Hotline on +973-17450000.
The Bahrain Darts Masters is organised by BIC and sports promoter CBX and supported by Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA).
It will take place at BIC’s Dome, which will be transformed for the weekend into an incredible darts venue.
