MMA – BRAVE Combat Federation’s super welterweight division witnessed plenty of action in 2024.
Following this busy year, Brave CF has now revealed the official rankings for the division.
Newly crowned champion Luiz Cado sits on top, while African superstar Eliezer Kubanza is the top-ranked contender in the division.
Cado captured the super welterweight title from Kamal Magomedov at Brave CF 89 in Spain, becoming the sixth Brazilian champion in Brave CF history. Cado is now awaiting his first challenge, and Kubanza is in prime position for the opportunity.
Kubanza has been unstoppable in Brave CF so far, securing four wins in the organisation. In 2024, the African star earned two impressive victories, stopping Salamat Orozakunov at Brave CF 85 and outclassing Zagid Gaidarov at Brave CF 91, strengthening his case for a title shot.
Alex Lohore, who secured two wins in 2024, holds the second position in the rankings. Lohore stopped former champion Marcin Bandel at Brave CF 83 in his promotional debut and followed it up with a win over Jivko Stoimenov.
Former champion Kamal Magomedov is in third position following his loss to Cado, while Zagid Gaidarov, despite his loss to Kubanza, is placed in fourth position thanks to his dominance prior to the showdown with Kubanza.
Rami Hamed, who returned to the Brave CF cage at Brave CF 92 with a win over Salamat Orozakunov, sits in fifth position in the rankings. Hamad is riding high on a six-fight winning streak and has already expressed his intentions to fight for the title.
