French President Emmanuel Macron spoke with US President Donald Trump ahead of a meeting of some 30 countries with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy, the French presidency said on Thursday.
Macron and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer are hosting the meeting to discuss strengthening military support to Ukraine and what future role Ukraine's allies could have to guarantee security if there were a peace deal with Russia.
