Bahrain Fort’s role as a cultural and economic hub in the region came under the spotlight at a special seminar organised to mark the 20th anniversary of the site being designated as a Unesco World Heritage Site.
The event was held in Paris on the sidelines of the 47th session of the World Heritage Committee which continues until Wednesday .
