His Majesty King Hamad’s representative for humanitarian work and youth affairs and Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS) chairman Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa affirmed that Youth City 2030 embodies the royal vision of His Majesty, in empowering young people and enhancing their role in supporting comprehensive national development.
He stressed that youth empowerment, skill development, capacity building, and support for innovation are at the heart of the national and governmental agenda led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, which aims to prepare a qualified generation capable of leading the future with competence and confidence.
This came during his visit to Youth City 2030, in the presence of SCYS secretary general Aymen Almoayyed and Youth Affairs Minister Rawan Tawfiqi.
Shaikh Nasser stated that investing in young talent is a winning bet for building a prosperous and sustainable future.
He noted that empowering youth through advanced training and modern knowledge opens broader horizons for their active participation in national development efforts.
He praised the distinguished programmes and advanced training content offered by Youth City 2030, affirming that the city’s continued success over the years reflects the soundness of its approach, making it a leading regional model in youth empowerment and development.
