Social Development Minister Osama Al Alawi yesterday chaired the first meeting of the National Commission for Childhood following its reformation, in the presence of commission members and representatives of relevant entities.
He emphasised the commission’s important role in co-ordinating national efforts to protect and promote children’s rights in Bahrain, in line with national priorities and the kingdom’s international commitments .
