A Sudanese doctor and his wife died in their car while waiting for a pickup order in Riyadh, reportedly due to a gas leak from the vehicle’s AC system.
Abdulaziz Idrees and his wife Asma Ahmed would spend time between shifts together in the Saudi capital.
While waiting for a car pickup order, the AC reportedly malfunctioned, causing an excess amount of carbon dioxide to leak into the cabin. This led them to pass out and eventually pass away due to lack of oxygen.
