LAWYERS, especially those representing parties in family cases before the Sharia Courts, have been urged to refrain from publishing any information or news related to such cases by any means of publication.The Bahrain Bar Society said, in a statement yesterday, that publication of details of such cases may be interpreted as a violation of an individual’s rights to privacy and family life, especially if it is done so without legal permission or the individual’s consent, even if the information is accurate .
