An expatriate who was sentenced to 15 years in prison after picking up a large shipment of marijuana from the post office was declared innocent by an appeals court yesterday.The appellant – a man only identified as an African national in court documents – was convicted of importing hashish in June, despite having denied the accusations in all stages of the legal process .
