An expatriate has been arrested for practising cosmetology without a licence issued by the National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA).
The agency said yesterday (Sept 1) that the 29-year-old woman was arrested in co-operation with the Interior Ministry after it was found that she provided dermatology and cosmetology services via a social media platform .
