Bahrain Institute for Political Development (BIPD) has completed preparations to launch the third edition of the National Programme for Parliamentary and
Municipal Elections, “Darrib” (Train), the institute’s executive director Eman Janahi has affirmed.
She added that the programme consists of four integrated phases: the candidacy preparation stage, the electoral capacity-building stage, the specialised electoral support stage, and the electoral awareness stage .
