Al Azhar Al Sharif Grand Imam Professor Dr Ahmed El-Tayeb commended the remarkable role of His Majesty King Hamad in fostering tolerance and peaceful coexistence and promoting inter-faith and cultural dialogue.
He stressed that Bahrain is regarded as a pioneering model in supporting moderation, openness and spreading the culture of peace.
He was speaking as he received Bahrain Free Labour Unions Federation head Yaqoob Mohammed.
Dr El Tayeb commended keenness of Bahrain leadership on protecting human dignity and supporting the efforts aimed at achieving comprehensive growth and social justice.
