Finance and National Economy Minister Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa yesterday met editors of local newspapers to brief them on the Cabinet’s decisions to implement a set of initiatives aimed at improving public finances and ensure continued support for citizens.
Shaikh Salman said that the vision of His Majesty King Hamad places the Bahraini citizen at the centre and ultimate goal of comprehensive development.
He highlighted His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister’s directives to continue improving social services for citizens, strengthen supporting programmes, and use all national resources for the benefit of the people.
He underlined the priority of Bahraini citizens in accessing services and ensuring support reaches those who need it, commending the role of local newspapers as key partners in the nation’s development under the leadership of the King.
