A number of illegal street vendors in Manama have been removed as part of a campaign launched by the Capital Governorate.
Authorities confiscated a variety of goods, including fruits, vegetables, second-hand clothing and footwear, accessories, household items and more.
Some vendors displayed their merchandise on blankets or other coverings laid on the ground, while others sold items directly from suitcases.
Members of the public are encouraged to report illegal vendors by contacting the Capital Governorate via WhatsApp at 17983000, calling the hotline at 80001111 or through the National System for Suggestions and Complaints (Tawasul).
