Civil Service Bureau (CSB) head Shaikh Daij bin Salman bin Daij Al Khalifa has instructed to establish an equal opportunities committee across all government entities to achieve equal opportunities and gender balance in their policies, plans and budgets.According to the decision published in the Official Gazette, the committee will co-ordinate with the relevant government entities to improve the work environment and overcome hardships facing the application of the equal opportunities and gender balance principle in employment, training, promotion and institutional representation .
