An Egyptian woman in Cairo's Helwan neighbourhood sustained serious injuries after jumping from her third-floor balcony following a heated family dispute over her online shopping habits.
Initial investigations revealed that the woman had spent over 30,000 Egyptian pounds (approximately BD235) on clothes and accessories through various online platforms. This spending reportedly triggered a confrontation between her husband and her brother, which escalated into a severe verbal altercation.
