MOSCOW - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Wednesday that the US operation in Venezuela showed the fragmentation of global leadership and that Washington appeared to be destroying the very international system which it had helped to build.
Russia, Lavrov said, was committed to the agreements it struck with Venezuela.
