Talks on joint humanitarian and voluntary work were discussed during a meeting between the Bahrain Red Crescent Society and Cambodian Ambassador to Bahrain Saman Manan who is based in Kuwait.
The diplomat met the society’s secretary-general Mubarak Al Hadi to strengthen avenues of relief co-operation, as well as disaster and crisis response. Mr Al Hadi underscored the importance of the visit in opening up new horizons to work with the Cambodian Red Cross to facilitate an ‘exchange of innovative solutions’ to address contemporary challenges.
