Ambassador Nancy Abdullah Jamal, Deputy Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the United Nations in New York, and Hatem Abdulhameed Hatem, Chief of the Organisations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, participated in political consultations with the United States Department of State, held in Washington and chaired by McCoy Pitt, Senior Bureau Official for the Bureau of International Organisation Affairs at the US State Department.
The meeting was held within the framework of Bahrain's non-permanent membership of the UN Security Council for the 2026-2027 term .
