His Majesty King Hamad has ratified and promulgated Law (4) of 2026, issuing the Law on Private Educational Institutions, following its approval by the Shura Council and Parliament.The Articles of the law stipulate that provisions of the Law on Private Educational Institutions shall enter into force .
