Deputy Prime Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa will pay a visit today to the headquarters of Akhbar Al Khaleej, accompanied by a number of ministers and senior officials, to mark the 50th anniversary of the newspaper’s establishment and its golden jubilee.
The visit comes in recognition of the newspaper’s pioneering national role and its contributions to Bahrain’s comprehensive development process, led by His Majesty King Hamad, and guided by the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister .
