Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Theyab bin Saqr Al Nuaimi attended the World Defence Show 2026 organised by the General Authority for Military Industries in Saudi Arabia.
Lt Gen Al Nuaimi toured several participating pavilions and reviewed the latest advanced military systems and equipment on display.
He met Lieutenant General Fayyad bin Hamed Al Ruwaili, Chief of General Staff of the Saudi Arabian Armed Forces, where they reviewed the existing defence and military co-operation between the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) and the Saudi Arabian Armed Forces and discussed means to enhance it across various domains.
The World Defence Show supports and develops local military industries in Saudi Arabia in line with international quality and specification standards. It also contributes to transferring and localising the production of military components through partnerships with global companies, and showcases the latest technological developments in land, naval, air, space and security defence domains.
