A daredevil unicyclist got off with just a slap on the wrist after juggling with fire in a crosswalk.
US police tweeted a video of the mid-traffic performance, admitting that it was “quite good,” but warning him not to do it again.
The bizarre incident happened on February 5, when a man riding a unicycle crossed a busy intersection in Colorado. As traffic waited at a red light, the man pulled out flaming torches and began juggling, even adding an under-the-leg toss to enhance the spectacle.
The impromptu circus act lasted just 40 seconds before he rolled away, leaving drivers stunned.
The police, however, weren’t entirely amused. They posted footage of the unicyclist to their Facebook page in a tongue‑in‑cheek post that read: "The intersection of US-85 and 60th isn't exactly the Las Vegas Strip... or is it?
"We got numerous calls the other day when drivers were treated to a little stoplight entertainment, courtesy of this fire-juggling unicyclist.
"Our drone caught his act, which was both quite good and quite illegal (trespassing in the median, impeding traffic by not vacating the crosswalk in time)."
They ended the post saying, "So let's all take a moment to appreciate this man's talents, then all agree that we aren't going to do stuff like this. Mmkay?"
