Deputy Prime Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa chaired the 291st meeting of the Ministerial Committee for Development Projects and Infrastructure.
The committee reviewed the Housing and Urban Planning Ministry’s comprehensive digital transformation plan, as part of efforts to enhance service quality and streamline procedures for citizens. It also discussed the latest developments in the “Tumooh” housing finance programme, which provides financing solutions to support access to adequate housing.
The committee followed up on progress on the Tubli Bay environmental improvement project.
