A Ramadan safety campaign that promotes overall wellbeing, encourages positive daily habits, mindful behaviour and a balanced approach to work and life was launched yesterday by Aluminium Bahrain (Alba).
Inaugurated by chief executive officer Ali Al Baqali and run under the theme ‘Five Star Safety, One Spirit of Ramadan’, the campaign features a variety of activities led entirely by the company’s women.
It includes a series of in‑person lectures and online webinars delivered by both internal and external experts, covering essential topics related to safety, health, nutrition and food waste reduction. Additionally, management will conduct visits to operational areas throughout the month to strengthen employee engagement across various shifts and reinforce safe, responsible practices during Ramadan.
