AQUATICS – SUPREME Council for Youth and Sports first deputy chairman, General Sports Authority chairman, and Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) president Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa issued edict (one) of 2026, appointing two members to the Bahrain Aquatics board of directors.
The edict stipulates that, after reviewing the Law on Social and Cultural Associations and Clubs, Private Organisations Operating in the Field of Youth and Sport, and Private Institutions promulgated by Decree-Law (21) of 1989 and its amendments, as well as the Unified Statutes of Bahraini Sports Federations, Yousif Abdullah Yousif Al Kaabi and Fajr Ibrahim Khalifa Al Doseri are appointed as members of the Bahrain Aquatics board.
According to article (two), the secretary general and all concerned parties shall implement the edict, each within their respective remit, and it shall take effect from the date of its issuance.
