His Majesty King Hamad received a written message from Kyrgyzstan President Sadyr Japarov.
In the message, the President expressed deep concern over the escalating situation in the Middle East, which affected Bahrain.
He strongly condemned any military attacks targeting civilians and civilian infrastructure in the Gulf states, noting that such acts result in innocent casualties and humanitarian suffering.
The President emphasised that such actions contradict the principles of international law and the Charter of the United Nations and undermine regional stability.
He also stressed that the territories of states not party to the conflict must not be targeted.
The President expressed Kyrgyzstan’s full solidarity with the Arab states and wished the people of Bahrain peace and stability.
His Majesty received a phone call from Uzbekistan President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
The President expressed his country’s full solidarity with Bahrain and conveyed its rejection and condemnation of the Iranian attack targeting Bahraini territory.
He underscored Uzbekistan’s support for Bahrain in all measures undertaken to safeguard its sovereignty and protect its security and stability.
His Majesty emphasised that the people of Bahrain are peace-loving and committed to the values of tolerance and coexistence, reiterating that the kingdom’s approach is grounded in the pursuit of peace and in supporting all efforts that enhance security and stability in the region and globally.
His Majesty also expressed appreciation for President Mirziyoyev’s support of the kingdom.
His Majesty received another telephone call from Maldives President Dr Mohamed Muizzu.
President Muizzu expressed his country’s full solidarity with Bahrain, and its rejection and condemnation of the Iranian attacks that targeted the kingdom’s territories.
He affirmed Maldives’ support for all measures taken by the kingdom to safeguard its sovereignty and protect its security and stability.
His Majesty affirmed that Bahraini people are peaceful and believe in tolerance and coexistence.
His Majesty also expressed his sincere gratitude and appreciation for the support of Maldives and the genuine solidarity expressed by President Muizzu.
The King also received a telephone call from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy.
The President expressed his country’s full solidarity with Bahrain and conveyed Ukraine’s rejection and condemnation of the Iranian attack targeting the kingdom’s territory.
He affirmed Ukraine’s support for Bahrain in all measures taken to safeguard its sovereignty and protect its security and stability.
His Majesty expressed appreciation to President Zelenskiy for his support and solidarity with Bahrain.
His Majesty received another telephone call from Mauritania President Mohamed Ould Cheikh Al Ghazouani.
The President expressed his country’s full solidarity with Bahrain and conveyed Mauritania’s rejection and condemnation of the Iranian attack targeting the kingdom’s territory.
He affirmed Mauritania’s support for Bahrain in all measures and steps taken to safeguard its sovereignty and protect its security and stability.
The King expressed appreciation to the President for his support and solidarity with Bahrain.
His Majesty received another phone call from Dr Abiy Ahmed, Prime Minister of Ethiopia.
The Prime Minister expressed Ethiopia’s full solidarity with Bahrain and conveyed his country’s rejection and condemnation of the Iranian attack targeting Bahraini territory.
He emphasised Ethiopia’s support for Bahrain in all measures undertaken to safeguard its sovereignty and preserve its security and stability.
His Majesty expressed appreciation to the Prime Minister for his support for Bahrain.
