Bahrain’s Ambassador to Italy Osama bin Abdulla Al Absi participated in a meeting at the Italian Chamber of Deputies in Rome with the ambassadors of the GCC countries.
The meeting was also attended by Jordan’s Ambassador to Italy and members of the Chamber of Deputies’ Committee on Foreign and European Affairs, chaired by Giulio Tremonti.
The ambassadors reviewed the latest regional developments in light of the blatant Iranian attacks on several countries in the region.
They reiterated the GCC countries’ strong condemnation of these attacks, which involved the use of missiles and drones and targeted civilian infrastructure and vital facilities, describing them as a clear violation of international law and the principles of the UN Charter.
Bahrain’s Ambassador to France Essam Abdulaziz Al Jassim participated in an emergency meeting of the Council of Arab Ambassadors in France, held at the headquarters of the Mission of the League of Arab States in Paris.
The meeting was convened to consult and co-ordinate among Arab diplomatic missions regarding recent regional developments, particularly the blatant Iranian attacks targeting several Arab countries.
