UAE-based Ghobash Group has appointed Marc Veelenturf as Managing Director of CNS Middle East, in addition to his role overseeing the Group’s broader technology cluster, as part of its strategy to expand digital capabilities and accelerate innovation in data, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity.
Veelenturf brings
nearly 20 years of experience in the Middle East and more than 25 years of
global leadership in technology and digital transformation.
He joins Ghobash Group
from Atos, where he served as CEO for the Middle East & Türkiye and Chief
Growth Officer for International Markets, leading business growth, strategic
partnerships and client transformation initiatives.
Throughout his career,
Veelenturf has held senior positions at global technology companies including
Nokia, Ericsson, Amdocs, BT, PwC, Mitel and Philips, managing large-scale
transformation programmes and complex operations across international markets.
In his new role,
Veelenturf will lead CNS Middle East and the Group’s wider technology
portfolio, focusing on helping organisations achieve business outcomes through
secure digital solutions, including application transformation, data and AI
services, and advanced cybersecurity capabilities.
