HORSERACING – Rashid Equestrian and Horseracing Club (REHC) organised an introductory workshop on the Prime Minister’s Fellowship Programme, in line with the vision and directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to enhance investment in national talent and develop their skills and expertise, thereby contributing to improving the efficiency of government performance and the quality of its outputs.
REHC officials and team members participated in the event, which was held as part of the keen interest and commitment of the REHC High Committee, chaired by Prime Minister’s Court Minister and REHC High Committee chairman Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
The workshop addressed various aspects of the Prime Minister’s Fellowship Programme, presented by a number of its graduates who now hold leadership positions at REHC.
Speakers shared their professional experiences and highlighted the programme’s various phases along with its impact in developing their expertise and capabilities, therefore enhancing their career paths.
