TENNIS – GHAZAL Issa clinched first place in the under-10 tournament, organised by the Bahrain Tennis Federation (BTF) as part of Sports City 26 in Exhibition World Bahrain.
Ghazal triumphed in the competition ahead of runner-up Khaled Al Badan. Abbas Saleh finished in third place while Khaled Ishaq claimed fourth.
The event took place in a vibrant sporting atmosphere, reflecting the growing interest in tennis amongst the kingdom’s youth. Players were enthusiastic in their matches, displaying good levels of skill and promising abilities.
The under-10 tournament was part of the BTF’s unwavering commitment to providing youngsters with opportunities to enjoy playing while gaining valuable experience in a competitive environment suited to their age.
The BTF is keen to continue organising such events as well as training programmes, which will contribute to discovering tennis talent, hone their skills from an early age, and encourage the young players to continue practising and progressing by participating in competitions.
