VOLLEYBALL – THE Bahrain Volleyball Association (BVA) received the award for Best Organisation and Hosting of an Asian Championship in 2025 at the first-ever Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC) Gala 2026, held in Bangkok, Thailand.
The BVA was honoured with the prestigious award for the kingdom’s staging of last year’s AVC Men’s Volleyball Nations Cup, held in June and won by the kingdom’s senior men’s national team.
The award was presented by AVC president Ramon Suzara to BVA secretary general Feras Al Helwachi, in the presence of BVA financial director and AVC financial auditor Hasan Al Farsani.
