Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS) first deputy chairman, General Sports Authority (GSA) chairman and Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) president Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa commended Al Salam Bank’s gold sponsorship of the Gadeha Junior Camp.
Shaikh Khalid said that the partnership reflects the bank’s role in supporting national initiatives and its commitment to social responsibility through initiatives aimed at developing youth capabilities and preparing them to contribute effectively to serving the kingdom.
He noted that Al Salam Bank’s participation as a gold sponsor represents an important addition to the camp and reflects growing confidence in the initiative, as well as private sector support for investing in youth.
Shaikh Khalid expressed appreciation for the sponsorship, noting that it will support the camp’s programmes and objectives of developing discipline, leadership and a sense of responsibility among participants, in line with Bahrain’s efforts to empower youth and prepare them for the future.
Al Salam Bank Group CEO Rafik Nayed said that the sponsorship reflects the bank’s commitment to investing in youth and supporting initiatives that have a positive and sustainable impact on society.
Nayed noted that Gadeha Camp contributes to developing youth leadership and personal skills, while promoting responsibility, teamwork, discipline and commitment, enabling participants to contribute effectively to Bahrain’s development.
