The Nasser Centre for Science and Technology (NCST) launched the Executive Management Retreat Programme, expanding its professional training programmes into strategic leadership, executive management and institutional development.
The programme targets executives, team leaders, emerging leaders, strategic planners and business developers.
It focuses on executive decision making, forward looking leadership and governance, strategic vision and planning, risk management, institutional transformation and influence.
The programme aims to strengthen leadership capabilities in strategic decision making, while equipping participants to lead change and link strategic planning with performance and results.
The programme forms part of the NCST’s efforts to expand its capacity building programmes beyond technical and specialised fields to strategic, administrative and executive development, in line with the evolving needs of public and private sector organisations.
