VOLLEYBALL – Bahraini volleyball referee Hanan Salman officiated her first match in the second Arab Youth Volleyball Championship, therefore completing the requirements for obtaining her international badge from the Federation Internationale de Volleyball (FIVB), the Bahrain Volleyball Association announced.
Salman was assigned to be the first referee in the fixture between Algeria and Jordan, part of the six-nation, single round-robin tournament, currently being played in the kingdom.
Salman officiated the game successfully and confidently, and is the latest amongst Bahrain’s women referees to achieve her international qualification.
