The Rotary Club of Salmaniya welcomed US Ambassador Stephanie Hallett as guest speaker at a special luncheon held at The Legacy Club, Bahrain Financial Harbour.
Speaking on the theme ‘Leading Through Crisis’, Ms Hallett shared insights from her diplomatic career, highlighting the importance of preparation, strong relationships, decisive action, self-awareness and compassionate leadership.

She also praised Bahrain’s handling of recent regional challenges, particularly its clear official communication and close co-operation with international partners.
Rotary Club of Salmaniya president Khalid Turk thanked Ms Hallett for her engaging and thought-provoking address, which was followed by a question-and-answer session with members and guests.
