His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, yesterday issued Edict 45 of 2026, regarding the transfer and appointment of directors at the Oil and Environment Ministry, based on a proposal by the minister.
Adnan Saeed Mohammed Al Mukhareq, Director of the Inspection and Licensing Directorate, will be transferred to serve as Director of the Strategic Policies and Planning Directorate.
Waleed Salman Abdulmahdi Al Moathen will be appointed Director of the Inspection and Licensing Directorate, succeeding Adnan Saeed Mohammed Al Mukhareq.
Shaikh Duaij bin Subah bin Salman Al Khalifa will be appointed Director of the International Relations and Co-operation Directorate.
The Oil and Environment Minister will implement the provisions of this edict, which will take effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister issued Edict 46 of 2026, transferring and appointing directors at the Youth Affairs Ministry, based on a proposal by the minister.
Musaed Salman Musaed Masood, Director of the Communication and Marketing Directorate, will be transferred to serve as Director of the Events and Programmes Directorate, succeeding Abdulkareem Abdulhameed Al Meer.
Waleed Yousif Ali Al Bahdi will be appointed Director of the Communication and Marketing Directorate, succeeding Musaed Salman Musaed Masood.
HRH Prince Salman issued Edict 47 of 2026, appointing May Hassan Al Asmi, representing the Labour Ministry, as a member of the National Qualifications Framework Advisory Committee at the Education and Training Quality Authority, succeeding Aqeel Abdulali Buhussain. Her membership will continue until the end of her predecessor’s term.
