Strangers joined family and friends after a social media call to honour 36-year-old Marwa Ahmed Al Amin Bakhit, a Dubai Police employee, and support her family.
The mother died from sudden cardiac complications caused by blood clots during a caesarean section, ending a 12-year journey to conceive.
She was able to briefly hold her firstborn before her condition deteriorated.
Both newborn boys, named Fahd and Hamad, were safely delivered and remain in good health.
