Six Saudi citizens were injured when a projectile launched by the Houthi militia struck a residential neighbourhood in Najran on Sunday.
The attack also caused material damage to three homes and three vehicles in the area, according to the General Directorate of Civil Defence.
The directorate stressed that attempts to target civilian objects represent a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law.
Emergency response teams attended the scene immediately and executed standard operating procedures.
