The Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen has intercepted a Houthi weapon smuggling operation off the coast of Yemen.
Footage released by the coalition's official spokesperson documented the maritime operation.
The Joint Forces Command warned the Houthi militia against using traditional wooden vessels to smuggle weapons, missiles, and military hardware by sea.
Coalition officials stressed that maritime arms smuggling poses a direct threat to Yemeni, regional, and international security while endangering civilian lives.
The command also urged all commercial vessel owners to refuse co-operation with Houthi smuggling networks to protect their lives and maritime assets.
