A Kuwaiti juvenile is facing legal action for defaming the police on social media, according to Al Qabas newspaper.
The boy called the Interior Ministry on hotline 112 to report a dead rat as an emergency.
He then posted a video online showing him calling the police and mocking them.
Investigations revealed that the boy had used his father's telephone to call the police.
A case was filed against him on charges of misusing a telephone and troubling the authorities.
