Dubai: A car-enthusiast filming different luxury cars parked on Sheikh Zayed road was in for a surprise when the iconic 'Batmobile' popped up at the end of the row of Rolls Royces, Ferraris and Aston Martins.
It was a replica of 2005 film 'Batman Begins' and 'The Dark Knight' in 2008
The Batmobile was parked up in a service lane on Sheikh Zayed Road (Exit 46).
It costs a whopping AED3.68 million but that didn't stop a crazy Batman fan from getting his hands on the vehicle.
According to several reports the car is one of the fastest vehicles on the road powered by a Chevrolet Corvette v8 5.7 litre petrol engine.
It is said to produce over 500 horsepower, goes from 0-62 miles in less than 6 seconds and can hit 150 miles an hour.
The car is said to weigh more than two tonnes and measures 4.57 metres high and 2.84 metres across.
It also has a 'jet engine' consisting of propane tanks which shoot out flames.
The car also comes with a stereo with Bluetooth and iPod integration as well as a CD/DVD player, and five driver assist cameras.
'Batmobile' fans can watch the video below where former US talk show host Jay Leno actually test drives the car.
