MORE than 700 varieties of bridal jewellery collections are being showcased at Jewellery Arabia by a local jeweller.
The ornaments, heavily studded with gems and jewels, are from Devji Aurum which are on display at the expo that will end tomorrow at Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre.
“The bridal collection is something new at this year’s Jewellery Arabia, which reflects our over six decades of expertise in bridal jewellery,” Devji Aurum sales manager Sajith Kottayan told the GDN.
“We are showcasing more than 700 options in bridal sets in five bridal categories; the articulate bride, exclusive bride, elegant bride, classical bride and aesthetic bride.
“Each unique piece expresses an aspect of the beautiful bride.”
The jeweller is also showcasing its Rouhi collection with traditional Bahraini designs in pure Bahraini gold, and its Allure collection of long chains and the Gem orchid collection.
Meanwhile, a collection of perfumes defined as the celebration of the life and love of artist Salvador Dali and his wife Gala was unveiled at the expo.
The Daligramme Collec
tion, according to its creators, are secret codes between the lovers encrypted into fragrances.
Al Hawaj and Dali Haute Perfumerie Paris launched the latest fragrance in the presence of Jean Pierre Grivory, president and director general of Cofinluxe, the holding company of Salvador Dali.
Also present at the launch were Al Hawaj general manager Abdul Wahab Al Hawaj, director Hussain Al Hawaj, e-Business development manager Mohammed Jawad Al Hawaj and others.
The collection is created by four perfumers and the bottle designs were extracted from Dali’s “Daligrams” which is said to be the lovers’ secret alphabet code which he created and dedicated to Gala.
The perfumes are available at all Al Hawaj outlets in Bahrain.
