Manama: GFH Financial Group (GFH) is the strategic partner for the Bahrain International Property Exhibition 2015 which starts on Thursday at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre, it has emerged.
An announcement yesterday said the three-day event, organised by the Bahrain Society of Engineers, is being held under the patronage of Deputy Premier Shaikh Khalid Bin Abdulla Al Khalifa.
GFH said as a leading regional and international real estate developer and investor it will support the exhibition and its objectives of supporting industry growth, development and innovation and providing a platform for the showcasing of dynamic projects in Bahrain and beyond.
The firm will take part in BIPEX as an exhibitor and its presence at the event will be supported by its real estate development team to present the GFH’s local, regional and international projects to investors and potential partners.
For the first time, GFH will also showcase its Bahrain-based Harbour Row, which consists of sophisticated offering of waterfront living, retail and dining experiences.
The district is also situated directly across from the Dual Towers and connected to all important components of the Bahrain Financial Harbour development.
GFH’s head of fund administration and corporate communications Hazim A Karim said the event was an important platform for the showcasing of real estate innovation and projects currently under planning and development.
“Despite challenges in the regional markets, and those also faced by our group, we continue to conceptualise, launch and develop projects and investment opportunities,” he added.
“We are pleased to showcase our projects, like Harbour Row, in Bahrain, where a strong financial pedigree and regulatory framework provide an ideal environment to invest and build our global investment brand.”
The three-day event will promote the region’s major infrastructures and real estate projects.
Under the theme “Structure the Future”, the exhibition will represent an essential platform that brings together real estate experts from around the globe to exchange experiences and map out visions to further develop the sector.
